Ensure a lasting positive legacy of Tyler's life and heroism to inspire others.
Establish memorials that recognize Tyler and other First Responder sacrifices.
Recognize U.S. Coast Guard Rescue Swimmers that exemplify Tyler's pursuit of excellence, mentorship, and espirit de corps.
Advocate policies and programs that lower fatality risks to all rescue swimmers.

Charter

Incorporated as a nonprofit corporation on April 14, 2026.
Granted 501(c)(3) private foundation status per IRS determination letter on June 2, 2026.
Operates as a non-operating or grant-making foundation.
Grants provided to individuals, corporations & other non-profits to further mission goals.
